BLOW MOLDING SERVICES

We maintain a blow molding machinery show room at our plant in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. The main purpose is to show and demonstrate our equipment in actual production. We also maintain a test machine to thoroughly test any new ideas and systems before they go out into the market place. (Our first L22 test machine was tested in actual production for 34,000 hours before it was sold with a 2 year warranty to a water company in Wisconsin).

We thoroughly test all the blow molding machinery we build before we ship it to our customers. Every machine is put into actual production for a minimum of 48 hours before it can be shipped.

In addition, we offer mold/bottle design services, mold testing and pilot production until our customer's machines are ready to be put into operation in their plant.
