Stretch Blow Molding Machines
The L25 is a fully automatic 2 cavity reheat stretch blow molding machine.
It has a energy saving servo-electric clamp with pressure compensation
to the actual force needed for molding. The servo-electric system operates
the mold platen at high speed with only a 2hp equivalent servo motor
versus a 3Ohp motor needed for a hydraulic system. Clamping force (up
to 32 tons) is generated with blowing air pressure, so the higher the
air pressure, the higher the clamping force generated. The clamping
mechanism is self-locking in the "mold closed" position, and isolates
the servo electric system from the clamping forces. The two cavity unit
produces 100ml to 5 liter bottles in neck finishes from 20-70mm** at
rates of up to 3000 bottles/hour, depending on bottle size and perform
design.
