W. Amsler Inc. 22 Pet Strech Blow Molding Machine Expands to Make 5 Liter Bottles

W. Amsler Equipment Inc. in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada has now extended the capacity and capability of its very popular 2-cavity, 2-liter machine to be able to produce 5 liter bottles at the rate of 2400 bottles per hour. This extra capability does not slow down the production of smaller bottles. Out puts of 3000 bottles per hour and more are achievable on lightweight water bottles. The basic electric servo driven L22 has been producing difficult bottles for the custom blow molders since 1996 with a maintainable output that usually exceeds that of the competition by about 10%, while saving approximately 40% of electricity over hydraulic machines.

Available options on the basic L22X include:
       • 5 liter option
       • Cradle to use existing "round" molds up to 2-liter capacity.
       • All Siemens controls with world wide communication capability
       • Oriented thread start
       • Preferential perform cooling
       • Wide mouth option up to 70 MM
