The BIU includes options for both wall thickness & color testing within one single unit. In a quality environment the bottle inspection unit is a necessary tool to ensure quality finished goods.

The standard system features include digital display of test pressure, hole checks and uneven neck finishes. Stainless steel construction, with a compact footprint, the unit is easily installed downstream of the blow molder and features a simple operator interface with recipe storage. Clients taking advantage of the BIU's optional abilities eliminate the need for expensive vision systems.

This Inline system can be setup to perform the following functions:
       • Capacity is 9,000 bottles per hour with a single test head
       • High speed detection of holes as small as 0.006"
       • Simultaneous neck obstruction tests
