Linear Filler from 25-120 bottles per minute

A typical installation includes water filtration and purification, Amsler bottle blow molder or bottle descrambler, inline air or vacuum rinser (needed if bottle descrambler is used), inline filler, spindle or chuck capper, PS labeler, date coder and shrink bundler.


Rotary Filler from 80 to 500 bottles per minute

A typical installation includes water filtration and purification, Amsler Packaging Technology rotary blow molder, pressure overflow rotary mono-block filler/rinser/capper. Roll fed labeler, date coding, automatic inspection for cap, label and filling level, automatic shrink bundling, and palletizing. APT fillers are made of stainless steel construction. The rinsing filling capping section is enclosed to provide a sanitary environment. Bottles are handled by the neck to facilitate easy changeovers. The machines feature PLC controls. Liquid level control within the filling tank ensures sufficient liquid is available for the filling.

All APT mono block fillers are of stainless steel construction. Rinsing filling and capping are enclosed, promoting a sanitary environment. The bottles are all handled by the necks allowing for easy change over. The machines feature PLC controls. The machine speed is automatically varied dependant on line conditions.

Optional available equipment includes: CIP (clean in place), bottle descrambler, bottle depalletizer and various labeling solutions.

All filling lines can be setup independently, or inline with any WAE linear or APT rotary blow molding machines. All system components are chosen to provide the best value to meet your budget. We either build the equipment in our plant in Canada or work with quality manufacturers that produce the equipment to our specifications. All lines supplied by WAE meet or exceed international safety and electrical standards.
